Overview

Key Responsibilities

. Develop and implement a strategic business development roadmap to attract new investors and manage investor
onboarding processes in coordination with compliance and legal teams.
. Drive business development initiatives by acquiring new investors for the fund, expanding the HNIs, Family Offices and
Institutional Investors client base while leveraging existing relationships in the Wealth Management and Private Banking
ecosystem to generate investment commitments.
. Collaborate with fund management, marketing, operations, and legal to align business development with strategic
objectives, uphold regulatory and fiduciary compliance in all decisions, and oversee seamless end-to-end client
onboarding in partnership with compliance, legal, and operations teams.
. Coordinate and oversee all interactions with regulatory bodies, ensuring end-to-end compliance, operational
alignment, and statutory obligations for the AIF, Investment Manager, and associated entities.
. Design and execute sales & marketing strategies to position the fund effectively in competitive markets, conduct
investor meetings, presentations and portfolio discussions to build long-term client trust, and represent the fund at
industry forums, private banking events and networking platforms.

Required Skills

. Ability to acquire new clients and scale AUM.
. Excellent persuasion skills to close investment commitments & negotiate terms within regulatory boundaries.
. Ability to source, pitch and close large-ticket investor commitments.
.  Strong understanding of investment instruments, capital markets and regulatory frameworks.
. Articulate communication and soft skills required for a Business Development Professional in finance industry.
. Excellent relationship management, negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
.Entrepreneurial drive with the ability to thrive in a target-oriented fundraising role.
