Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Location: Bangalore, India

 

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth of our subscription-based products by engaging directly with customers in the field, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer acquisition and retention. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work independently while representing the company professionally.

 

Key Responsibilities:

– Conduct field visits to identify potential customers and generate leads for subscription-based products.

– Present and explain the benefits and features of subscription plans to prospective clients, addressing their queries and concerns.

– Convert leads into active subscribers and work towards maximizing subscription renewals and customer retention.

– Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure long-term satisfaction.

– Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs related to subscription acquisition and retention.

– Collect market intelligence and competitor insights to identify new business opportunities and improve sales strategies.

– Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and subscription status using CRM tools.

– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for subscribers.

– Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events as required.

– Manage time effectively and plan routes to maximize sales coverage within the assigned territory.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

– Minimum 1 year of proven experience in field sales, preferably with subscription-based or recurring revenue models.

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

– Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

– Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

– Proficient in CRM software and MS Office applications.

– Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore and surrounding areas.

– Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills.

 

Education:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
