The Business Development team is responsible for Revenue Generation in the company by
using different marketing strategies and concluding it with sales growth to us or our clients.
They also handle customer satisfaction surveys and help the company increase quality.

1.  Finding Contacts and Creating a network of people to market the product/service.

2. Talking to multiple people to get their time in explaining our clients services and offerings.
3. Working on explaining the complete list of benefits and answering their questions.
4. Trying to convince them in different aspects to take our clients services.
5. Actively taking the feedback from the clients and trying to make negative to positive with clear
6. Working on regular followup with them for better understanding.
7. Reaching regular targets is mandatory in a way to show the performance.
8. Understanding the feedback and helping the operations team to improve the services
with regular feedback.
9. Actively participating in all Business Development Activities.
