Telesales duties and responsibilities
• Delegate tasks and achieve the given targets before the deadlines
• Oversee day-to-day performance
• Do regular performance evaluation
• Create a health and motivating work environment and atmosphere
• Develop a well-designed and motivating evaluation program
• Communicate with team leader about their performance
• Ensure achieve the given targets
• Monitor self performance and report on metrics
• Motivate team members
• Listen to team leader’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
