Overview
We’re hiring a Female Soft Services Trainer for a leading client in Delhi NCR. The role involves classroom and on-the-job training for housekeeping, pantry, and hospitality staff. Key responsibilities include grooming, hygiene, safety, communication, and SOP compliance training. The trainer should prepare reports and materials using MS Office/LMS and travel to client sites as needed.
Eligibility: Graduate in Hospitality/Facility/Hotel Management; 0–3 years of experience (freshers welcome). Preferred certifications: TOT/Train the Trainer.
Key Skills: Good English & Hindi communication, basic housekeeping/customer service knowledge, presentable personality, MS Office, LMS tools.
