Position: Customer Care Executive

Location: Sector-63, Noida,

6 Days Working

Salary: Negotiable As per standards and experience (Upto 5 Lacs),( From 1,80,000 to 5,00,000 per year)

Age Criteria: Maximum 28

Responsibilities-

Ø    Manage large amounts of incoming calls

Ø    Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

Ø    Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through interactive communication

Ø    Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

Ø    Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Ø    Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

 

Requirements

Ø    Qualification must be Graduate with good communication skills

Ø    Must have 1 year experience in BPO Sector (Inbound OR Outbound)

Ø    Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English)

Ø    Excellent listening skills and an empathetic voice and manner

Ø    Typing speed should be minimum 15 words per minute & must have basic knowledge of computer

Ø    Dedication to customer satisfaction
