About the Role
We are looking for friendly, confident, and open-minded individuals to join our team as Chatting Companions. This role focuses on providing engaging one-on-one video and voice conversations with clients in a safe, respectful, and judgment-free environment.
While hours are flexible, full-time availability is strongly preferred, especially for those who can be active during peak U.S. user hours throughout the day.
What You’ll Do:
Conduct one-on-one video sessions with clients (main focus)
Handle one-on-one voice sessions
Engage clients in friendly, supportive, and meaningful conversations
Create a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment
Track and report sessions as required
Requirements:
Must be 21 years old or above
Comfortable and confident with video sessions (required)
Comfortable with voice sessions
Open-minded, emotionally aware, and respectful
Strong communication skills (friendly, patient, engaging, proactive)
Comfortable discussing mature or intimate topics respectfully
Reliable mobile phone and stable internet connection
Ability to work full-time with flexible hours
No certifications or prior experience required
