Back Office Assistant and Customer Support Assistant Job

Pets Mall Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a startup company incorporated under Companies Act, 2013 by Ministry of Corporate Affairs, India. We are launching various online services for Pet, Gardening and Hobbies Industry in India. This is an innovative solution to bring different interesting Industries under one umbrella. Our company is looking for an Office Assistant to be responsible for handling different clerical and back office tasks in our office, you can work remotely from your home.
Required (2-3) Female Candidates having the following criteria:
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communicating in English, Hindi and Bengali.
- Basic to Intermediate Computer Operating Knowledge
- Professional Communication over different Social Networks
- Problem Solving, Convincing and Negotiating abilities.
- Quick Learning abilities about different Technologies and Internet related activities.
- Calm, Honest, Friendly, Amusing, Straight and “To The Point” speaking abilities.
- Higher Secondary (10+2) to Graduation with more than 70% in English.
- Personal Laptop/Desktop and Android Smartphone preferred.
- Computer typing speed more than 45 wpm.
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint and basic Photoshop expertise.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing, Scheduling and Making different Appointments and Sales calls
- Follow up prospects with Email, WhatsApp and Social Media as required
- Answering and attending incoming supports calls and queries.
- Writing Letters, Emails, Articles, Blogs and descriptions when necessary.
- Communicating with Sellers and Customers at Facebook Groups
- Online researching and analytical works related to our business
- Handling bills/accounts and managing files and records online securely.
INR 1,00,000/- to INR 1,50,000/- per annum with incentives.
