Overview

·         Manage entire front office monitoring work

·         Welcoming guests & officials

·         Monitoring employees attendance & Dress code policy

·         Preparing MIS & Petty Cash Maintenance

·         Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments – Employees travel booking, visa processing

·         New joiner formalities, Issue access card

·         Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls

·         Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material

·         Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

·         Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk

·         Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock

·         Coordinate with HR team for office events
