Plus, we provide clear steps to improve your application—or we’ll optimize it for you.

We’re looking for a Content & Community Growth Intern who’s passionate about helping others navigate the job search process. Your goal will be to connect authentically with job seekers online—especially those struggling with rejection, silence from recruiters, or unclear feedback—and introduce them to PerilixAI as a tool that genuinely helps.

This is an unpaid internship, but it offers valuable experience in real-world marketing, content strategy, and community growth. You’ll also receive a Certificate of Completion at the end, and top performers will be considered for paid opportunities with PerilixAI.

Your Responsibilities
• Participate in Reddit communities (like r/jobs, r/recruitinghell, or r/resumes) by responding authentically to posts about rejections, ghosting, or resume frustration—mentioning PerilixAI naturally when it fits.
• Post and comment on LinkedIn, sharing your personal job-hunting experiences and offering PerilixAI as a helpful resource to others.
• Make every post and interaction feel genuine—not like a sales pitch.
• Experiment with different types of posts (text, videos, comments, comparisons) to see what connects best with audiences.
• Dedicate about 4 hours per day to creating content, posting, and engaging on 2–3 platforms (with flexibility to do more if you’d like).
• Send daily screenshots of your activity as part of progress tracking.
