About the Role: We are looking for a Back Office Executive to join our team and support the smooth functioning of our daily operations. The ideal candidate will handle administrative and clerical tasks, maintain records, assist in data management, and ensure seamless coordination between departments.
Key Responsibilities : Manage and maintain company databases and records
Handle data entry, document preparation, and file management
Support accounting and finance departments with invoice processing and reconciliation
Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communication materials
Coordinate with front-office and other teams to ensure operational efficiency
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Assist in HR or logistics tasks as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
12th Pass, Graduate,
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
