About the Role
We’re looking for passionate and driven sales professionals to join our growing team as Assistant Manager – Sales. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and play a key part in driving property sales across Bangalore’s micro-markets.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and offer suitable property options.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and brokers to generate qualified leads.
Conduct site visits and effectively present project features to clients.
Stay updated on current inventory, product offerings, and market trends.
Follow up on inquiries and ensure timely closure of deals.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Requirements
1–5 years of experience in sales (Real Estate, Hospitality, Automobile, or Insurance preferred).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
Comfortable working on weekends and traveling within Bangalore for client meetings.
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
