Full Job Description

Skills required:

  • The candidate should have Excellent communication skills (Fluent English)
  • The candidate must be a Team Player.
  • Candidate must have a basic knowledge of Computer, Ms Word & Ms Excel.
  • The candidate will need to work in UK shift (1.00 pm to 10.30 PM & 1.30 11pm)
  • Freshers with good English and a good hand on MS Office.

Salary is no bar for the right and experienced candidate however, your previous experience and the way you perform In the interview will be considered.

Responsibilities and Duties are as follows but are not limited to.

  • The Candidate will be responsible to help/resolve our customer’s queries Via Call /Email.
  • Help customers with their product query via Email, Phone or Chat.
  • Help customers in placing online orders.
  • Keeping an eye on the website/our products and their description to make sure they are error-free.
  • Provide process improvements suggestion.


We provide On Job Training to every candidate so they can grasp the process quickly and start contributing.
