Delivery Boys
We are looking for Delivery Boys and TR Drivers to join our team at OBN Associate Express Industries Private Limited, who can deliver shipments from one place to another. The role requires pick up and drop off of lightweight documents and parcels while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules. Candidates must be polite and prompt with responses to provide clients with an excellent experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Loading, transporting and delivering items of lightweight documents and parcels to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
Reviewing the address before and after delivery to ensure that shipments are complete, the charges are correct and handed to the right customer.
Assisting with loading and unloading loads from vehicles.
Accepting payments for delivered items, if applicable.
Providing excellent customer service, answering questions and handling complaints from clients.
Following all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th or 12th, and 0 – 1 years of experience. Other skills requirements, like time management and customer service, are important. Attention to detail and experience in the same field are a plus.
