Overview
We are looking for an experienced Architect to design, plan and supervise a wide range of bungalow activities from design to finish stage for our weekend home project in Dapoli.
* Roles and Responsibilities
-Act as a liaison between the client, architect, engineer, site supervisor teams for smooth functioning of construction activities
-Collaborate with engineers and architects to define the scope of every bungalow project
-Organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner as per design standards
-Must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures
-Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met with the execution team
-Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports for every bungalow project
-Interact with clients for briefing sessions, suggest creative inputs, give timely construction updates & handling technical queries as needed
-Must take charge of every individual project from planning to handover
-Execute site surveys on a need basis
Desired Candidate Profile
-Bachelors degree or higher in Architecture
-Minimum 3 years experience in supervision of architectural projects
-Excellent communication and leadership skills
-Strong multitasking, time management and organizational skills.
-Excellent knowledge of building permits, legal requirements and construction procedures.
-Well versed with construction and project management software.
-Must be able to travel on need basis to project site
