Overview
We are looking for an HR Executive who will primarily handle end-to-end recruitment and actively contribute to employee engagement initiatives to create a positive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level positions
Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with department heads
Draft and post job openings on free and paid job portals, social media & referrals
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and schedule technical rounds
Coordinate with candidates for interview follow-ups and offer rollouts
Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports
Ensure smooth joining and onboarding of new employees
Employee Engagement
Plan and execute employee engagement activities (events, celebrations, team activities)
Conduct employee feedback and satisfaction surveys
Support initiatives to improve employee morale, motivation, and retention
Coordinate birthday/anniversary celebrations and internal communications
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and basic HR queries
HR Operations Support
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Assist in attendance, leave tracking, and basic HR compliance
Support performance review cycles and HR initiatives
Ensure HR policies are communicated and followed
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / Post-Graduate in HR, Management, or related field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Hands-on experience with job portals and candidate coordination
Strong follow-up and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor practices
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication
