Role –                               Front Desk Executive

Department –                   Administration

Reporting to –                 HR Admin Head & Senior Partner

Location –                        HO Churchgate Mumbai

Required Qualification – Graduation/Post Graduation

Specialisation –                Administration & Office Management

Experience Required –    4+ years

CTC Range-                      3 to 3.6 Lacs.

 

Responsibilities:

·         To perform all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of the Firm’s main entrance.

·         Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.

·         To make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises.

·         Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper, etc.)

·         Answer all incoming calls and redirect them.

·         Receive letters, packages, etc. and distribute them and pass the message to the concerned person.

·         Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels, etc.

·         Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.

·         Maintaining in and out register / MIS  for the person going on a short break.

·         Maintain MIS for Courier and Speed Post.

·         Maintain and look after the schedule for the conference room.

·         Calculating OT for Office Boys / Maid.

·         Take up other duties as assigned (office arrangements, schedule meetings, Administrative work, -related work activities as and when required, etc.)
