Overview

Make calls to students who have expressed interest in the courses, assessments, explains the services, looks for opportunities for upselling
Adherence to Shifts, Schedules and Processes as laid out
Engage other cross functional staff and seniors in case of any exceptions
Responsible for updating CRM and other tools
Maintain and Publish MIS and Reports on regular basis to management
