We are looking for motivated and goal-oriented Collection Executives to join our dynamic team. If you have excellent communication skills and are passionate about customer interaction, this is the role for you!
As a Collection Executive, you will be responsible for recovering loan payments from customers through regular follow-ups and ensuring timely collections.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with customers for EMI/loan recovery via calls
Maintain daily collection targets and records
Negotiate and resolve payment issues professionally
Coordinate with the team lead and update recovery status regularly
Ensure compliance with all recovery policies and procedures
💼 Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduates preferred)
Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of computer usage
💰 Salary & Benefits:
💵 Fixed Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹13,000 (Based on experience)
🎯 Attractive Incentives: Up to ₹15,000 per month
📅 Working Schedule: 6 Days a Week | Rotational Week Off
