1. Handling Reception Area at Head Office and attending Calls.

2. Calling patients (at least 300-500 calls/day),

3. Make sure 80-90% of patients followup regularly

4. Patient counseling.

5. Managing and welcoming the patients.

6. Maintaining patient records.

7. Excellent communication skills in English or Hindi (both written & verbal communication).

8. The candidate shall be well versed in MS Office and Email.

9. Good English typing and Letter Drafting skills.

10. Ability to work in a team and under pressure . also require Blood Collection Technician
