Job Title: Multilingual Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Multilingual Sales Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the sales team, ensuring smooth communication between international clients and internal departments. This role involves administrative support, order processing, customer communication, and coordination of sales activities across different languages and regions. The ideal candidate is fluent in two or more languages, highly organized, and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support & Coordination:
Act as a liaison between the sales team and international customers.
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining customer records.
Ensure timely and accurate communication of order status, shipping updates, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with logistics, finance, and warehouse teams to fulfill orders.
Customer Relationship Management:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat in multiple languages.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships to support account growth and retention.
Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards.
Translate documents, marketing materials, or presentations as needed.
Ensure all sales documentation complies with company policies and regional legal requirements.
Cross-functional Communication:
Work closely with marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and smooth execution of campaigns and promotions.
Collaborate with international sales representatives to support local market needs.
Market Research & Feedback:
Gather feedback from customers and sales representatives regarding products, services, and market trends.
Assist in researching international markets and identifying potential clients or partners.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a sales support or coordination role (international experience is a plus).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
