Job Description: HR Interviewer

Should have at least 2-3 years of experience in Recruitment in an International BPO or a Consultancy.

Should have conducted regular interviews for all profiles (Operations and Back Office) for past 1      consecutive year.

Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives.

Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.

Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc

Strong decision-making skills


Candidate having team leader/ training/managerial experience preferred.

Any Graduate/ MBA HR preferred.

Excellent communication in English is a must without any MTI.

Candidate should be proactive to handle a team and help in talent acquisition.

General shift: 10:30 am -7:30 pm (Sometimes required to be flexible with rotational shift)

For any rotational shift free pick and drop will be provided.
