Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Remote Real Estate Telecaller to join our dynamic team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, engaging them in conversations about real estate properties, and generating leads for our sales team. This is a fully remote position with a fixed 9-hour workday, and Sundays will be designated as a holiday.


1.            Call potential clients to introduce our real estate services and identify potential leads.

2.            Engaging prospects in informative and persuasive conversations about available properties and investment opportunities.

3.            Providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries from potential clients.

4.            Recording and maintaining accurate data of leads, interactions, and outcomes.

5.            Collaborating with the sales team to ensure the smooth transition of leads into the sales pipeline.

6.            Staying up-to-date with industry trends and market changes to enhance your selling approach.


Probation Period and Incentive Policy:

1.            The probation period for this position will be 3 months from the date of joining.

2.            Upon successful confirmation, you will be eligible for the full salary package, including incentives, and other benefits.



1.            Proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role.

2.            Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3.            Knowledge of real estate terminology and market trends is a plus (Added Advantage)

4.            A strong customer-centric approach and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.

5.            Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

6.            Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

7.            Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for making calls.

8.            Ability to work for 9-hour shift, Monday to Saturday, with Sundays designated as a holiday.
