Overview

Job Responsibilities:
• Search for new client leads using Google, directories, and online platforms
• Collect phone numbers, email IDs, and contact names of schools, colleges, hospitals, corporates, and industries
• Reach out to potential clients via calls, WhatsApp, and email to introduce 5D Zone Uniforms
• Share product catalogs, brochures, and reference photos based on the client’s interest
• Follow up with genuine curiosity and professionalism to keep the conversation active
• Log all lead details clearly in a tracker — including name, contact info, status, and next steps
• Identify and pass qualified leads to the sales or field marketing team for follow-up
• Reconnect with older leads from previous months who didn’t convert the first time
• Share daily updates with your reporting manager on progress and next actions
• Stay informed about company products, services, and ongoing campaigns to engage leads effectively
• Keep accurate records of all interactions and client feedback to support internal coordination
• Maintain quality and professionalism in every client interaction — whether on call, message, or email
• Work closely with the marketing and sales team to understand lead flow and support campaign efforts
• Use the company-designated office mobile for all official communications and follow-ups
