Overview
We are looking for a Telecaller – Sales Executive to join our team in Bathinda. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining our services to potential clients, and assisting them with inquiries. You will also follow up with leads, update call records, and support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
Responsibilities:
-Make outbound calls to potential clients and provide information about our services.
-Follow up with interested leads and assist in the sales conversion process.
-Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions.
-Achieve assigned call and sales targets within the given timelines.
Requirements:
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Basic knowledge of MS Office or CRM tools is an advantage.
-Ability to work full-time from our office in Bathinda.
-Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
