Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and goal-driven Sales Intern to support our enrollment and outreach efforts. This role is perfect for someone who’s enthusiastic about connecting with people, understanding customer needs, and helping them find the right learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to prospective students via calls, emails, and social media
Explain course offerings and benefits to potential leads
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into enrollments
Maintain and update customer database (CRM)
Assist in developing sales scripts and pitch decks
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts
Provide feedback to improve sales processes and offerings
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in sales, education, or ed-tech industries
Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset
Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude
Must have own laptop and a stable internet connection
Experience with CRM tools or cold calling is a plus
