Overview

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
o Identify and connect with potential B2B clients, including government agencies,
enterprises, and institutions.
o Research industry trends to target organizations seeking blockchain-based solutions.
2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management
o Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
o Conduct meetings, presentations, and demos to showcase Blockcube’s product
offerings.
3. Sales Strategy & Planning
o Assist in defining and executing sales strategies to meet business growth targets.
o Support strategic initiatives such as tenders, proposals, and partnerships.
4. Tender Participation & Documentation
o Collaborate with internal teams to prepare documents for government tenders and
RFPs.
o Ensure timely submission of proposals and compliance with eligibility requirements.
5. Pipeline Management & Reporting
o Maintain accurate sales pipelines and provide regular updates to management.
o Use CRM tools to log interactions and track sales performance.
6. Market Intelligence & Feedback
o Stay updated on blockchain trends and competitive landscape.
o Gather client feedback and work with the product team to improve offerings.
7. Team Collaboration & Communication Coordinate with marketing, technical, and legal teams for seamless sales execution. Participate in internal strategy meetings and contribute insights from the field.
8. Target Achievement Consistently work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales goals.
 Bachelor’s & Master’s degree in IT, Business, Marketing, Technical, or a related field.
 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales (experience in SaaS or government tech sales preferred).
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
 Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
 Familiarity with government procurement/tendering processes is a plus.
 Comfortable using CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
