Description of daily job activities:Organizing sales visits by pre sale structures and methods.
To knock the potential Businesses and Service Providers such as Educational Institution , Medical organization ,Health Industry ,Food industry ,Travel Industry , Automobile Industry, Fashion Industry , Fitness Industry, Training center , Manufacture ,Distributor, wholesaler ,Retailer and Service providers etc in allocated areas .
As Business Development Manager (BDM) you shall involve in Sales (enrollment of new Business & Services) & Marketing of our application in all possible and trained ways within Bangalore City’s allocated areas .You shall utilize all types of marketing skills and materials which also include the Digital Marketing and Direct Marketing to achieve maximum sales.
Your Sales and marketing process includes educating through demonstration and presentation of our application, answering the Client’s questions ,enrolling them into our application , closing the sales with required documentations and submitting the collected documents to allocated sections as per scheduled by company .
To work towards clients anti defections and goal of clients retention plans.
Responsibilities:Reviewing sales performance by maintaining accurate report and sharing it daily, monthly, Quarterly and yearly with your Team leaders and Sales Head.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Attending conferences, meetings and promotional activities as per scheduled by company.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications, establishing professional networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, participating in professional societies.
Understanding and following Companies Ethics, Standards and Vision.
Qualification required:Any stream degree from recognized University
Skills & Knowledge required:Presentation and excellent communication skills.
Client Relationships, resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.

Basic Computer and Mobile operation knowledge.
Work Experience:6 months to 3 year work experience in Sales and Marketing field is required.
Fresher:Excellent communication with fast learning and adopting strength, desiring career growth and prosperity in Sales and Marketing is required.
Salary Structure :Gross Annual Salary excluding Incentive and Bonus : 1,83,720 INR /2,39,330 INR
Gross Annual Incentive : 2,79,212 INR
Total Salary Including Incentive and Bonus : 4,62,932 INR + 40% Monthly bonus on above sales of incentive target / 2,39,330 INR + 2,79,212 INR = 5,18,542 INR + 40% Monthly bonus on above sales of incentive target
Training:1 to 3 days (4 hours training program each day) depending on capabilities exhibited by candidates (Experience candidates). 2 to 5 days (6 hours training program each day) depending on capabilities exhibited by candidates (Fresher)
