Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for the development and execution of all business & sales activities of Lawyered in a given assigned market
Initiate and coordinate the development of action plans to penetrate new markets
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed
Submit accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports
Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding customer feedback
Ensure that all business activity is conducted in line with company values, policies and ethics codes of conduct
Maximize all sales opportunities through research of accounts and upselling techniques
Required Skills

·         0-5 years experience in logistics sales, vendor management, B2B, corporate and channel sales

·         Excellent communication & networking skills, written and verbal, keen attention to detail

·         Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload

·         Self-starter – demonstrates good use of initiative with an enquiring/questioning nature

·         Exceptional organizational skills Excellent team player

·         Appreciation for cultural differences within a multinational firm

·         Must have prior experience of working in a global organization with teams outside India

·         A good team player and a strong professional, capable of working with junior as well as senior staff

·         Ability to independently manage issues

·         Strong oral and written communication skills; excellent judgment; business sense; high standards of ethics, honesty, and integrity

·         Understanding of business goals and customer-focused
