Core Roles & Responsibilities
Lead Management & Prospecting:Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound cold calling, personalized email campaigns, and social selling via platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Nurture inbound leads generated from marketing efforts to move them through the sales funnel.
Consultative Sales & Presentations:Conduct virtual product demonstrations or discovery calls to understand client pain points and provide tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver high-impact sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Closing & Negotiation:Handle complex objections and negotiate pricing/terms to close deals while maintaining company profitability.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Data-Driven Account Management:Maintain meticulous records in CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot to ensure accurate forecasting.
Provide after-sales support to ensure a smooth onboarding process and explore up-selling or cross-selling opportunities.
Market Analysis & Collaboration:Research competitor activities and market trends to refine sales pitches.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align messaging and improve lead quality.
