– Responsible for under standing customer requirements and customize application to satisfy customer requirements
– Responsible to communicate with technical team to get the new/change of customer requirements developed and delivered
– Taking ownership of customers issues and following documents through to resolution
– The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase the clients satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations

Provide accurate, valid and complete information for customer queries
Create help manuals for software product

Willing to work in Mid-Night/Full Night shift
Ability to think strategically and to lead
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Maintain trusting relationships with the clients
