Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to promote and sell company products/services over the phone, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Promote products/services and explain features and benefits clearly.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Generate leads and follow up on inquiries.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.

Handle customer objections professionally and close sales.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication and convincing skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM tools).

Ability to work with targets and under pressure.

Good listening and problem-solving skills.

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Any graduate.

Preferred Attributes:

Previous telesales or call center experience is an advantage.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Customer-focused approach.
