Job Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Identify and develop new business opportunities in regions outside Madhya Pradesh.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.
Market Research & Expansion
Conduct market surveys to identify potential clients and business segments.
Analyze competitors and market trends to adjust sales strategies effectively.
Client Engagement & Support
Visit clients regularly, present products/services, and close sales deals.
Provide after-sales support and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the sales manager.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to implement campaigns and promotions.
Travel Requirements
Frequent travel outside Madhya Pradesh to meet clients and attend business meetings/events.
Ensure timely follow-up and relationship building in assigned territories.
Compliance & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and market insights.
Adhere to company policies, ethical sales practices, and local regulations.
