Job responsibility for customer service executive :

 

The candidate is required to attend to the customer calls and provide them with the required information.

·         The candidate should be able to understand the customer’s inquiries and work upon resolving them within predefined time limits.

·         The candidate will be responsible for efficient dealing of issues towards the completion and enabling satisfaction of the customer.

·         Respond to emails received for product and support inquiries.

·         Keep records of customer interactions and follow up communication – procedures, guidelines, and policies.

·         Good comprehension skills – ability to clearly understand and address customer issues appropriately

·         Excellent Communication (both written and verbal) skills are a must.

·         Good salary for the deserving candidates
