As a data entry and scanning operator in a banking environment, your primary responsibility would be to accurately input and scan data from various banking documents and transactions into the bank’s computer system.

Job Responsibilities:- Scanning & Data Entry on Computer.
Some of your specific job duties might include:
Scanning and uploading documents such as checks, deposit slips, loan applications, and other banking forms into the bank’s electronic database.
Entering data from banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers into the bank’s computer system, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information.
Verifying and reconciling data to ensure that it is consistent and accurate, and identifying and correcting any errors.
Maintaining the confidentiality and security of sensitive banking information, such as customer account numbers and personal identification information.
Communicating with other bank employees, such as customer service representatives and loan officers, to ensure that data is entered correctly and that any discrepancies are resolved quickly.
Following established procedures and protocols to ensure that data entry and scanning tasks are performed efficiently and effectively.
Overall, your job as a banking data entry and the scanning operator will involve ensuring that the bank’s data is accurate, complete, and secure, which is critical for maintaining customer trust and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Duty Time:- Normal Banking Hours. (One Day Holiday)
Qualification required:- H.S Pass, Graduation and above with Basic Computer ( Excel, MS Word ) Knowledge.
