As a Sales Development Representative at ItsCredible, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and revenue by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for promoting our software solutions, building, and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients, industries, and markets to generate leads for our software solutions.
Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our software product and its benefits to effectively present and demonstrate them to potential clients.
Sales Presentations: Create compelling and tailored presentations to showcase our software solutions to prospective clients.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve our products and services.
Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align strategies and contribute to product enhancements.


Bachelor’s/PG degree with maximum 3 years’ experience
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the /Edtech/software industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and understand software products
Willingness to travel
A passion for technology and innovation.
