Role Overview:
Drive end-to-end recruitment—sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and facilitating smooth onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
– Understand role requirements; draft and post JDs
– Source candidates via portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networks
– Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist
– Schedule/manage interview rounds; coordinate with hiring managers
– Run salary discussions, offer rollouts, and pre-joining checks
– Maintain ATS/trackers and weekly hiring dashboards
– Support onboarding and initial HR documentation

Requirements:
– Master’s degree (preferred/mandatory) OR minimum 2 years of recruiting experience
– Experience with Naukri/Indeed/LinkedIn and ATS tools
– Strong stakeholder management and communication
– Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines
– Basic HR compliance and documentation knowledge
