Overview
- Owning the responsibility of boarding the passengers to our buses .
- Reaching allotted bus boarding point on time and assist passengers reaching their respective seats .
- Ensuring facilities on the bus are as promised to our customers hence maintaining a daily checklist .
- Calling passengers if they don’t reach on time and guiding them to the boarding point.
- Involving with all the stakeholders to highlight the issues and improve the passenger experience.
- Responsible for spot bookings and keeping daily accounts of the same .
- Travelling with the bus and coming back next day (8 to 14 hours travel time) .
- Assisting passengers with respect to their needs and promised amenities during the journey .
Job Requirements/Skills:
- Hospitality and customer service experience would a big plus .
- Should be able to travel with bus and reach boarding point daily.
- Professional behavior while dealing with passengers and welcoming, polite language.
- Good communication skills. Tamil speaking is must. Basic knowledge of English is desired.
