You will be responsible for doing outbound cold calling to proactively sell the company’s products and services to residential/business customers. This role requires a person to be highly motivated, enjoy selling, and be up for a challenge.

Promote the products and services made available for customers and maximize each and every sales opportunity.
Evaluate customers’ existing and potential product needs and recommend the valuable deals for customers and demonstrate a strong understanding of products, and their features, benefits, pricing, and offering to an individual.
Consistent achievement of periodic sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Report to the team leader for day to day activities.
To get feedback from customers about their queries or complaints about specific products and to resolve any issues with them.
Assist the team leader with a training and development program. Help the new team members for training to develop their sales and product knowledge.
Filling in forms with customers and completing administrative tasks.
Developing a rapport with customers.
Complying with all operational and regulatory rules
Ensuring the confidentiality of private customer information.
Managing the leads and data provides.
Assisting the inbound and verification team if required.
Assisting the after-sales team for outbound calls if required.
This role requires the applicant to be available to work during New Zealand’s work hours (UTC+12).
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage but not necessary.
To be fit for this role you must be fluent in English.
