Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to plan and execute residential/commercial interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for concept development, space planning, client coordination, drawings, material selection, and site execution support.
Key Responsibilities
Meet clients to understand requirements, budget, and design preferences
Develop design concepts, mood boards, and space planning layouts
Prepare 2D drawings, 3D views, and design presentations
Create working drawings (layouts, electrical, ceiling, furniture, etc.)
Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams
Visit project sites and support execution as per approved designs
Ensure designs meet quality, timeline, and budget requirements
Handle design revisions based on client feedback
Maintain proper design documentation and BOQs
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of space planning and design principles
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp / 3Ds Max / Revit (any major tools)
Good knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture
Ability to create client presentations and design proposals
Strong communication and client handling skills
Site coordination knowledge
BOQ and estimation basics
Preferred Qualifications
Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
Experience in residential or commercial interiors
Experience in turnkey interior projects is an added advantage
