Purpose Of Role: The Role Is Responsible For Dispense Of Indian Dishes In A Timely Manner Without Affecting Quality & Taste By Coordinating With The Main Counter. The Role Also Includes Of Initiation Of New Dishes In The Section & New Ways To Dish Out.

Total Experience In Years (Minimum): 2-6 Years

Qualification: Class XII / Diploma In HM

Key Responsibilities:

1) Do Ensure That All Type Of Mizas Is Available.

2) Set Up The Section.

3) Do Ensure That Dry Store Par Stock Is Maintained. If Not, Order For Dry Store.

4) Do Ensure Miza Is Available.

5) Pick Up Counter Set Up.

6) Check For All Temperature Of All Freezers.

7) Peak Scale – Opening & Closing.

8) Comply With Morning Checklist & Lead The Briefing Of Department.

9) Update 86 (Not Available) Items.

10) Comply With FSSAI Policies By Following Safety & Health Regulations.
