Shift timing – 10AM to 7PM
Week off – Rotational week off
Salary – 18300 takehome
Experience – minimum 6 months of experience in the field of BPO voice process

Salary
For rotational shift – 12366 ctc (10010 in-hand per month)
For night shift – 12366 ctc + Night shift allowances 2000 (12010 in-hand per month)

Rotational Shift (Weekly 1 Day Off)
4 Days: 6-hour shifts
8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
2 Days: 12-hour shifts
8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Fixed 12-Hours Shift (4days work and Weekly 3 Days Off)
Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Responsibilities
Handle customer calls and resolve electricity-related queries
