Who you are:
Manage to VMware Server on L4 or L4+ Levels.
Provide VMware support including incident and work requests within the virtualization infrastructure spanning multiple data centers, across multiple Windows environments.
Proactively managing the environment to prevent incidents from occurring
Proactively identify inefficiencies in operations with the objective of improving the quality of the working environment
What you’ll doWorking with change tools to maintain client SLAs
Provide security compliance under relevant security policies
Experience and demonstrated skills in systems administration which includes; 24×7 operations
Good trouble shooting skills and a self-starter
Proven communication skills and ability to work with staff, management, customers and vendors
Good people skills and must have ability to work with a team.
