Overview

We are looking for a confident and articulate Tele-caller / Inside Sales Associate to join our growing healthcare outreach team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to healthcare professionals (Doctors and Practice Managers) across the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Outreach: Initiate professional outbound calls to US-based doctors and medical facilities.
Lead Generation: Identify key decision-makers, qualify leads, and generate interest in our services.
Relationship Building: Navigate “gatekeepers” (front desk/nurses) to connect with physicians effectively.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status in the CRM.
Goal Achievement: Meet daily/weekly targets for call volume and successful conversions.

Requirements:

Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process (US process preferred).
Communication: Exceptional verbal English skills with a neutral or professional accent.
Resilience: Ability to handle objections gracefully and maintain a high energy level throughout the shift.
Schedule: Must be comfortable working permanent Night Shifts to align with US time zones.
Education: Graduate in any stream (Candidates with a healthcare background are a plus).
