Process : Customer support service
Handling client and customer escalations on phone and e-mails.
Attending weekly / monthly / quarterly and yearly business reviews.
Presently responsible for handling Customer Service for( Tamil English Hindi).
Ensure delivery of Client KPIs/ targets including day to day service levels, customer experience, quality measures and compliance measures
Developed and delivered quality management and quality assurance training to junior employees engaged in quality and performance monitoring
Shift Timing : Rotational Shift (only male can have night shift for either one or two weeks once in 2 months or 3 months)
Week off will be rotational only no fixed week off.
Language: To speak in Tamil, Hindi and English.
Graduation: Any UG or PG Graduation.
Location : Chennai.
