Overview

-Responsible for driving sales at designated residential project.

– Acquiring new customers through data calling, self-generation, networking and referral.

– Attending client calls received through marketing campaigns understanding & explaining about project, ensuring diligent follow up and converting leads to site visits.

– Ensure accuracy of deliverables, client service and engagement calls, meetings, site visits, follow up, timely submission of MIS reports & overall governance at designated project.

– Attending Client Walk ins, explaining them about the project, handling queries & closing sales with help of site head.

– Achieving sales targets given by site head, maximizing site visits & conversion under guidance of site head.

-Generate new business & drive sales by developing new meaningful business connections. Develop new ways of improving business

Work Schedule:

Should be ready to work on weekends

6 days a Week

Weekly off – one day on weekdays only (Tuesday).
