Qualification :

BSc(Eng) – Bachelor of Science in Eng


Operating System : Installation & Troubleshooting of Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows 2003, Windows 7 & MS-Office
· Hardware & Networking skill : Assembling & Dissembling of PC, Driver installation on client PCs, Provide hardware / software / network problem diagnosis / resolution via telephone/email/chat for customer’s end users
· Knowledge of Email client- Microsoft outlook / Lotus notes- resolving Email issues, *pst creation, rules, *pst backup, account creation/configuration
· Responds to telephone calls, email, instant messages, and assigned tickets from users; Assign work orders / incidents to appropriate
· Installation of Printers, handling printer issue
· Antivirus: Installation of Antivirus / software patches& Troubleshooting on virus affected systems and rectifying
· Update status of Incident / solution in the ticketing system, or inform Call coordinator status of the incidents to update it
· Coordinate with vendors and support staff that provide hardware / software / network problem resolution,.
· Provide level 1 remote desktop support and perform other activities based on SOPs
· Call logging and ticket updation in ticketing tool, follow-up till ticket closure
· Fetching reports from tool, submitting to track lead
