We are scaling up ServiceIntegration & Management (SIAM) function and looking for more people tojoin our big family.
Role details: The roleinvolves taking ownership of end to end process management, manage SupplierRelationships Continual Service Improvements, drive KPI & SLA attainmentacross supplier ecosystem, drive Supplier performance governance &reviews and manage the process outcomes to deliver value to thecustomer.

Experience: 4 to 16 years

Priorexperience as process resource/ lead in process operations with proficiency inat least two processes.

GoodTechnology understanding, Should have driven Continual Service ImprovementProjects

Good understandingof Process KPIs & SLA management, Audit & Compliance.

Functionalknowledge of ITSM toolsets (ServiceNow & Remedy).

SIAMCertified (preferred), ITIL Certified (mandatory).

ExcellentCommunication & Analytical skills, Conflict handling and Negotiation skillswith multi tasking and ownership capabilities.
