Vacancy – Site Engineer, Project engineer
Field – Interiors & finishing works in specific to commercial interiors ( Office Spaces, Hospital,etc)
Attributes required:
> Knowledge in leadership skills to manage the site
> Excellent verbal and written communication skills
> Proven Experience in Finishing high-end interior designs.
> Experience in coordination skills with labors, subcontractors and clients
> Understand the design and drawings and accurate execution with professional quality
> High level skill of attention to detail and eye for interior required
> Excellent understanding in executing commercial project within set timeline
> Resourcefulness and ability to manage parallel tasks and projects simultaneously.
> Ability to understand ownership and teamwork
>Well-developed proactiveness and anticipate client needs; effectively identify problem areas and negotiate and mediate when necessary to solve issues.
Experience: Minimum 2yrs as Site executive/ Site engineer handling various Commercial Interior sites.
