Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive with strong experience in IT infrastructure sales and digital marketing. This role blends technology sales, business development, cold calling, digital lead generation, and executive-level sales support. Ideal for professionals who want ownership, leadership exposure, and rapid growth in a global IT services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sell IT hardware and software solutions, including servers, networking, cloud services, collaboration tools, and managed services
Drive lead generation through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closure
Plan, execute, and track digital marketing and lead generation campaigns
Support the Director with sales strategy, proposals, presentations, and performance reporting
Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in IT infrastructure sales (hardware & software)
Strong cold calling, prospecting, and business development skills
Hands-on experience with digital marketing and online lead generation
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Education

MBA / BCA / BE / BTech
